_ Is your shop smoke-free?
Our shop is smoke-free and pet-free. Are your items okay for young children? Our items are not intended for children under the age of 13. We sell items directed at adults and teens over the age of 13. Do you do custom orders? We sure do! Contact us for a special design or even a large order. We also do party favors and wedding favors. Do I have to pay sales tax? SALES TAX is charged on all items shipped to the State of Florida, including shipping. What types of payments do you accept? We accept PayPal ONLY! PayPal is free and you don't need an account! It's the safest way to pay online. PayPal accepts many different credit and debit cards. Shipping information can be found HERE.
What is your return policy? No refunds or exchanges. Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and is permitted if item is shipped back within 7 days of receipt and MUST be unworn with all original packaging and inclusions. No credits or refunds will be given on shipping. We are not responsible for the return until we receive the item. (We suggest insuring it). ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS. We take a lot of care to photograph and describe each item, so you should know what you are getting. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions! I am buying items for a gift. Will you ship directly to the recipient? We are more than happy to ship a gift directly to the recipient. Just let us know where to ship it. We can add a gift tag with your custom message upon request. Is there anything else I need to know? We make every effort to ensure that the information presented here is complete and correct. If a mistake or error rears its ugly head, we do apologize. We are here to make people happy - please know that we are not here to cheat people.
